SHIPPING POLICY
Free Standard Shipping on Orders Over $75
All orders are shipped within the United States.
Shipping rates:
- Orders over $75: FREE standard shipping
- Orders under $75: Flat rate $5.99 standard shipping
Processing time: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Estimated delivery: Standard shipping typically arrives within 7–14 business days after processing, depending on your location. Some items may ship from partner fulfillment centers, which can occasionally extend delivery times.
Order tracking: Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your package using the carrier's website.
Shipping issues: If your order hasn't arrived within 21 business days of your shipping confirmation, please contact us at admin@joyofsmallthings.com and we'll investigate with the carrier.
We currently ship to the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
