30-Day Return Policy
We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached
- Items must be in their original packaging
- A proof of purchase (order confirmation email) is required
How to start a return: Email us at admin@joyofsmallthings.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.
Refund processing: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you by email. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
Return shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of items sent without tracking.
Non-returnable items:
- Items marked as Final Sale
- Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged by the customer
- Intimates and swimwear (for hygiene reasons)
Exchanges: We do not process direct exchanges at this time. Please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the item you'd like instead.
Damaged or defective items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at admin@joyofsmallthings.com with photos of the issue. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
